Bonjour Bébé: A Special Montessori Experience for
You and Your child
Looking for a meaningful way to support your baby’s early development while bonding together? Bonjour Bébé is a unique parent participation program designed for infants aged 10 to 15 months and toddlers 16 months- 3 years old, where both you and your child grow, learn, and discover—side by side.
In this 90-minute weekly session, your child will explore a beautifully prepared Montessori environment, thoughtfully designed to encourage curiosity, independence, and confidence during this important stage of development. With gentle guidance from a certified AMI Montessori instructor, you’ll gain insight into your baby’s natural abilities and how to support them—while watching their personality and independence blossom.
At Bonjour Bébé, we believe in learning from each other and together—a philosophy at the heart of our program. No prior Montessori experience or French language knowledge is required. Just come as you are, and experience the wonder of growing alongside your child.
"The Montessori method offers numerous benefits for young children, fostering independence and a love for learning."
Welcome to our thoughtfully curated program, where adults and children come together for an enriching hour and a half of independent and group activities. Guided by Christine our lead instructor, children and their caregivers will explore Montessori materials and principles in a carefully prepared environment. This is a wonderful opportunity for parents and caregivers to immerse themselves in the Montessori method and discover effective ways to support their child's development. A group snack is also provided, where independence around meal time (setting the table, eating independently) is encouraged.
"Early language learning can enhance cognitive skills, improve memory, and boost creativity."
Welcome to Bonjour Bébé's French program! Each gathering kicks off and concludes with an engaging French group circle filled with songs, short stories, games and new vocabulary sure to fully immerse your little one in the French language. Our unique approach incorporates Montessori language teaching techniques, making learning hands-on, interactive and enjoyable. Families can also enjoy weekly updated videos, ensuring the fun and learning continue at home!

My love for language and culture inspired me to start teaching English in 2007 in France after completing my undergrad at UBC. For the next seven years, I had the privilege of teaching English across both public and private sectors while immersing myself in life as a Canadian in the quaint town of Montpellier in the South of France. These experiences have significantly enriched my teaching techniques and broadened my insight into the complexities of language acquisition.
In 2013, I celebrated the arrival of my first child in France and soon after moved to Portland Oregon, where I completed my AMI Montessori training for children aged 3 to 6. After returning to Vancouver BC in 2016, I dedicated myself to growing my family and my passion for education. In 2019, I was honoured to join North Star Montessori in North Vancouver, where I learned from the best and grew as an educator.
